Janet Troll Earrings Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion period
The Janet Troll Earrings Prize Draw opens on Sunday 23 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm UK time on Wednesday 26 August 2026.
Orders placed after the closing time will not be entered.
2. Who can enter
The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over.
Employees, directors and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
To receive an entry, place an order containing at least one qualifying Janet merchandise product during the promotion period.
Qualifying products include any Janet:
Sticker, Badge, Magnet & Merchandise bundles containing any of the products stated.
Each qualifying order receives one entry, regardless of the number or value of qualifying products contained within that order.
Merchandise is being sold at its normal price and prices have not been increased to reflect entry into this prize draw.
No separate entry fee is charged.
Cancelled, fraudulent or fully refunded orders will not be eligible.
4. The prize
There is one prize.
The winner will receive the actual pair of troll clip-on earrings worn by Janet in Janet videos/content.
The earrings are pre-owned and have been worn as part of the Janet character.
There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be exchanged for another product.
5. Choosing the winner
After the promotion closes, all valid qualifying orders will be included in the draw.
One winner will be selected using a verifiably random computer process.
Evidence of the random selection will be retained by the promoter.
6. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their qualifying merchandise order.
The promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period, or is found to be ineligible, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner using the same random selection process.
7. Delivery
Delivery of the prize to a valid Great Britain address will be arranged by the promoter at no additional charge to the winner.
8. General
Entrants must provide accurate information when placing their order.
The promoter reserves the right to exclude entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, automated, manipulated or otherwise in breach of these terms.
The prize will be awarded in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions will remain available for the duration of the promotion.
